His work ensures that Par5 Capital's finance and operations functions meet the governance, transparency, and risk management standards expected of a registered broker-dealer, giving clients and regulators confidence in the firm's financial integrity. Prior to joining Par5 Capital, Carlos served as Director of Operations & Finance at RenCap Securities, Inc., where he led U.S. operational and financial functions, including FOCUS reporting, net capital compliance, and SEC Rule 17a-5 audits. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at Barclays Capital and Refco Securities LLC, giving him a broad view of how financial operations function across both large institutional platforms and boutique broker-dealers. Carlos holds FINRA Series 27 and Series 99 licenses, reflecting his specialized expertise in financial and operations principal functions.
