Carlos Valdes brings over 25 years of experience in broker-dealer operations and financial management within FINRA and SEC-regulated environments. At Par5 Capital, he oversees regulatory capital, financial reporting, and operational infrastructure, ensuring governance, transparency, and risk management across the firm. Prior to joining Par5 Capital, Carlos served as Director of Operations & Finance at RenCap Securities, Inc., where he led U.S. operational and financial functions, including FOCUS reporting, net capital compliance, and SEC Rule 17a-5 audits. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at Barclays Capital and Refco Securities LLC. Carlos holds FINRA Series 27 and Series 99 licenses.
